Does Rosso Market sell cars itself?
No. Rosso Market puts buyers and sellers in touch. The sale is agreed directly between you and the seller, private or dealer.
How do I contact a seller?
Open the listing and fill in the “Contact the seller” form. The seller receives your message by email and replies to you directly.
Are listings checked?
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We check that the details, photos and price are consistent. This does not replace an inspection of the car before buying.
What does “VAT deductible” mean?
The seller provides an invoice with recoverable VAT, useful when buying through a company. The price shown always includes VAT.
How do I get new listings?
Run a search, then click “Create an alert”. You get an email as soon as a new Ferrari matches. Manage your alerts in your account.
Selling
How much does a listing cost?
Nothing. Rosso Market is a free service, with no subscription or commission, for private sellers and dealers alike.
How long does approval take?
Usually less than 24 working hours. You get an email as soon as the listing is live, or a message explaining what needs correcting.
How many photos can I add?
Up to 40, and at least 3 to submit the listing. They are resized on your device before upload and are never cropped.
How can I tell if my listing is attracting interest?
In your account, each listing shows its number of views, favourites and enquiries received.
My car is sold, what should I do?
In your account, open the listing and click “Mark as sold”. You can also withdraw or delete it.
Account
Do I need a password?
Yes. When you create your account, you receive an email link valid for 20 minutes to choose your password. You then sign in with your email address and that password.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the Sign in page, click “Forgot password” and enter your email address. You receive a link valid for 20 minutes to choose a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us via the Contact page. We delete your account, listings and photos within 30 days.
