Data collected
Your email address and password (stored encrypted, never readable) for signing in; the name, phone number and seller type (private or dealer) you enter in your profile; the content of your listings and their photos; your favourites, email alerts, the enquiries you send or receive, and messages sent via the Contact page.
Why
Solely to run the site: signing you in, publishing your listings, passing enquiries to sellers, sending you alerts and replying to your messages. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Who has access
When you contact a seller, your name, email, any phone number and your message are passed on to them. The site and database are hosted by Cloudflare, and emails are sent via Resend: these providers process data solely on behalf of the publisher.
Retention period
Account data is kept as long as the account exists and deleted on request. Enquiries and contact messages are erased after 3 years.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, obtain a copy or object to its processing by writing to info@rossomarket.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies
The site only uses technical cookies needed for it to work: one keeps you signed in, another remembers your chosen language. No advertising or analytics cookies are set, so no consent is requested.
